TENDER CALL NOTICE

1. The Divisional Head (Elect.), IDCO, invites sealed tenders from electrical vendors having
experience in similar type of works for “Electrification works of ward no-5 (Khadal Sahi) & ward
no-19 (Nuasahi) in Boudhgarh NAC under Biju Saharanchal Vidyutkaran Yojna (BSVY) in
Boudh district” in two packages. The tender documents shall be issued to the parties on production
of following satisfactory documents only.
Copy of valid HT electrical contract license issued by ELBO.
Copy of valid PAN number.
Copy of valid VAT registration number/ VAT Clearance Certificate.
Copy of experience Certificate.
Copy of valid EPF registration Certificate.
2. Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money in the shape of Demand Draft from any Nationalised
Bank for an amount as mentioned in the table payable at Bhubaneswar and drawn in favour of
“Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation”. Bids without required amount of
Earnest Money will not be taken in to consideration.
3. The tender document can be purchased from the office of the undersigned from 18/03/13 to 22/03/13
within 11.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs on payment of a non-refundable amount as indicated in the table below
in the shape of cash .
4. The sealed bids must be delivered to Divisional Head (Elect), IDCO, IDCO Tower, Janpath
Bhubaneswar- 751022, Odisha office on or before 15.00 Hrs. on 25/03/13 either by Regd Post or
Speed Post. The Bids will be opened on 26/03/13 at 16.00 Hrs. in presence of the bidders or their
authorized representative, who wishes to attend. If the office happens to be eventually closed on the
date of submission of the bids, the bids will be received and opened on the next working day of
opening of the office at the same time and venue. However, the undersigned will not be held
responsible for any postal delay. Other details can be seen in the bidding documents.
5. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids or parts without assigning any
reason there of.
6. The undersigned will not be held responsible for postal delay.
