4 cl vodka
2 cl apricot brandy
1 cl lemon juice
10 cl 28 DRINKS Bitter Lemon
Pour vodka, apricot brandy and lemon juice into the shaker with
some ice cubes, shake well and then strain through a bar sieve
into a long drink glass. Top up with Bitter Lemon according to
taste and stir. Serve on ice with a straw.

PEAR-VINEGAR CAIPIRINHA
12 cl Gize+ Pear-Vinegar
1 lime
2 spoonfuls of brown cane sugar
crushed ice
Rinse the lime in hot water, cut into eighths and add with
the sugar to a glass. Mash the lime pieces with a pestle,
releasing the juice to blend with the cane sugar. Top with
Gize+ Pear-Vinegar, add crushed ice and serve.
