You are invited to become involved at St.
Louis University High School. This brochure
describes many of the Mothers’ Club
volunteer opportunities for the 2011-2012
school year.
Please fill out the attached Volunteer Interest
Form and return it via one of two ways:
1) mail it to school by August 9, OR
2) go to www.sluh.org , click on Parents,
then on Mothers’ Club, then “Click
HERE to sign up for Volunteer
Activities”.
We will make these names available to the
Committee Chairs and you can determine
your level of involvement.
If you have any changes to your phone or e-
mail address information, please email us or
call the Mothers’ Club office and leave a
message. This will help us communicate
information about upcoming Mothers’ Club
events and other SLUH information.

Volunteer Opportunities
Adoration
Participate in Adoration held every week
day from 8:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. during
Advent and Wednesday mornings during
Lent.
Back to School Night-August 24*
Help the Hospitality chairperson
coordinate and serve refreshments after
this informative meeting.
Billiken Bookstore*
Help the bookstore ladies sell SLUH items
at various events throughout the year.
Card Party – October 16*
Help organize, set up, work the event, or
clean up after the fall Card Party.
Choir/Play Musical Instrument*
Sing or play a musical instrument at one
or more of the Mothers’ Club liturgies or
prayer services.
Community Outreach*
Help with community service projects.
Cookbook*
Help sell the SLUH Cookbooks at
Mothers’ Club events.
Graduation Dinner – May 26*
Plan, set-up and serve dinner to the
Class of 2012 and their parents.
Hospitality*
Assist the Hospitality chair serve
refreshments at Back to School Night,
Open House or be a Card Party hostess.
