unless permission is granted to do otherwise for reasons expressed in writing. Roommate assignments are made prior to arrival in Grenada and will be sent to
your SGU email account. Selections are made based on the information you provide below. If you make roommate arrangements on your own it must be prior
to November 15, 2013 and submitted in writing (by both students) to the Freshman Housing Coordinator. Students may move on to campus on January 9,
2014. All prices are subject to change.
The Housing Office reserves the right to change or modify housing assignments and to fill housing vacancies as necessary. Room and roommate assignments
are subject to change. No guarantee is implied by notification of a specific assignment prior to arrival on campus. Enrolled students living on campus who
wish to cancel this housing contract must take note that refunds are not available in all circumstances. Please refer to the SGU Housing Cancellation Policy for
further details.

Although it is recommended that students leave their pets at home for the first term in order to minimize stress on their animals during this transition period, if
you choose to bring your pet(s) you may be exempt from on campus housing with authorization from the housing office. The airlines have restrictions on
animals traveling aboard their aircraft at certain times throughout the year. Please contact your airline before making travel plans for your pet. This applies to
DOGS and CATS ONLY!

Entering students often find it helpful to identify and contact other entering students prior to arrival in Grenada. We will not release the name, address, phone

I acknowledge that my personal belongings will not be insured by the University for any flood, theft, fire or natural disasters and that it is advised that all
residents insure their personal belongings.
I am aware that the University reserves the right to inspect my accommodation without prior notification.
I will be billed by the Office of Student Finances according to my room selection. These charges are subject to all standard deadline and late fee policies. If for any
reason I decide not to live in the room but register for classes, I will be obligated to pay the stated charges and fees.
I will comply with the quiet hours on campus and abide by all policies and procedures of the University.
