Rheumatoid Arthritis Web Application Keep a record of your RA using your mobile phone or PC The web application helps you keep a convenient record of your Rheumatoid Arthritis, using your mobile phone or computer. It is designed to be like a journal that you fill in as often as you wish, to track your disease between your visits to your doctor. The web application is a free service for you to use. It was developed by SGH’s Department of Rheumatology & Immunology and Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS), the Ministry of Health’s IT-healthcare subsidiary, All information you input into the RA web app is confidential. To log into the system, just use your user id and password. Your doctor will not be able to access the information you input. However, if you wish to show the data to your doctor, just print it out, and bring it along to your next clinic visit. The four main functions for the web app are: 1. Create a new record (just choose which data you want to enter) 12 questions to generate your RAPID3 score (a lower score means you are better) Affected joints Medication Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) laboratory results Comments (anything you want to say) 2. Show your RAPID3 score as a trend over time 3. Show a summary of your records 4. Show a detailed history of your records You can access the web application from your computer or smartphone.
