Gas power -<br />
quieter - cleaner - greener<br />
Welcome to the new greenwave service. The new buses are powered by<br />
compressed natural gas which makes them quieter than diesel buses.<br />
The CNG fuel will soon be taken straight from the gas main at the<br />
depot, so no fuel tankers will be required. The gas used will be replaced<br />
in the mains supply by gas purchased from an accredited bio source.<br />
Grass powered!<br />
Christmas 2013<br />
The greenwave timetable will run a modified service on the days<br />
between Boxing Day and New Years day.<br />
There will be no greeenwave services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or<br />
New Years Day.<br />
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve the last greenwave buses will be<br />
at 8.00pm from <strong>Reading</strong> Station and 8.07pm from GreenPark (Costco).<br />
