The list merely conta<strong>in</strong>s employers whose violations have been proven.<br />

However, fieldwork performed by <strong>the</strong> research collective Rhizome testifies<br />

to <strong>the</strong> fact that <strong>the</strong>re is a great number <strong>of</strong> rights-violat<strong>in</strong>g employers who are<br />

not listed as such. Workers claim that <strong>the</strong> best way for you to check whe<strong>the</strong>r<br />

your future employer fulfils obligations towards employees is to make <strong>in</strong>formal<br />

enquiries with people who already work <strong>the</strong>re. Ask <strong>the</strong>m about <strong>the</strong> regularity<br />

and manner <strong>of</strong> payments, social security contributions and bonuses.<br />
