<strong>in</strong> writ<strong>in</strong>g. Eviction from hous<strong>in</strong>g is thus a ra<strong>the</strong>r complex procedure and<br />

normally lasts for a longer period <strong>of</strong> time. It will be executed only <strong>in</strong> so far as<br />

you fail to comply with <strong>the</strong> expulsion deadl<strong>in</strong>e, ordered by a competent court.<br />

or consent, you may refer to your right to self-help as def<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> Article<br />

31 <strong>of</strong> Code <strong>of</strong> Property Law, allow<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> owner (or a tenant <strong>in</strong> your case) to
