Cash or good check made payable to the sale clerk
immediately following the sale and before any cattle are
loaded.
Liabilities
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The
seller assumes no liability for any accident that may occur. Nor
do we assume and liabiity for loss or injury to livestock due to
theft, mysterious disapperarance, sickness, improper handling, or
act of God.
Phone Bidding
If you will not be able to be present on sale day, please contact
one of the sale consultants to place a bid or to make
arrangements to be contacted by phone during the bidding.
Herd Health
All animals will be accompanied by valid health papers for
interstate transfer. All females are calfhood bangs vaccinated.
The cattle are wormed and treated for lice and grubs. In
addition, all are vaccinated for P13, IBR, BVD, BRSV and
7-way Blackkeg with Hemophilus.
Breeding Guarantee
All females sold under the condition “safe-in-calf” and
attested to by a licensed veterianarian, sell with no futher
guarantee. No guarantee is given that bred females will
deliver a live calf.
Bidding
All animals sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes or
challanges reguarding bids will be settled by the auctioneer
and his decision will be final.
Recips
Recips will be at the Sioux Falls Sale Facility and available
for immediate pick-up.
Insurance
We take every precaution for the care and saftey of your
purchases. Purchaser is to assume risk for death or injury.
