you. It's funny that they like me when
I'm bringing them money, but then
they are mad when I am bringing them
bills. I never argue with them. I am the
link between them and the institutions

That same day, the police have
started their patrolling on the regional
road Tetovo-Jazhince.
- There are no major problems in
the process of the police patrolling.
We are in good relations with the local
people and we have a great
cooperation. We are now on a
level of our duty of maintaining
the peace and the security
in this region, which is in
the favor of all people,
despite their ethnic or religious
diversity. The police
patrols are consisted of three
Macedonians and three
Albanians and in their realization
of this process we
received a great help from
the OSCE monitors and TFF
- stated Isamilhaki Abdulai,
the chief of the police station
in Tearce.
The police in Tearce has
started its patrolling with the passing
of the pilot-plan for returning of the
police forces in the conflict regions.
But, unlike the situation in the village
of Leshok, where the plan was implemented
successfully, in Tearce everything
was happening extremely slowly.
- In the beginning there were
blockades by the local village people,
because they haven't been informed
well with the rights and duties of the
police forces. But, with the help of
OSCE, TFF and the chief of the police
station in Tearce we held a meeting
with the local people where we have
strictly and clearly explained and
informed the people about the implementation
of the pilot-plan. From this
moment forward, the plan is being
realized with no obstructions, whatsoever,
because we have fulfilled these
requests: reactivating the police officers,
who were given countermand
during the war, providing mixed ethnic
police patrols with police officers
from this region. Every problem with
the local authorities and the international
factor in Macedonia, that might
occur, we will try to solve it as effectively
as possible - says Khamili and
adds that they have realized a meeting
with the special representative of the
EU, Alen Le Roa. All Local communities
from Drenovce to Jazhince took
participation on this meeting; it was
realize in a good atmosphere of a
mutual understanding and a will for
coexistence.
The vice president of our Local
community, Pavle Todorovski, who
suffered the consequences for it,
shares this opinion also. He was proclaimed
as a traitor of the Macedonian
interests only because on this meeting
with Le Roa, he had criticized the
Prime Minister Ljubcho Georgievski
and the minister of internal affairs,
Ljube Boshkovski, as the main
obstruction of the peace process.
Undoubtedly, this incident will affect
negatively the process of returning the
peace to these regions. Some extremists
in the government of the Republic
of Macedonia with this act have
demonstrated that they are not happy
with the returning of the trust and
coexistence among the people in the
region - stated Khamili.
A group of, so far, unknown
aggressors have attacked and injured
the vice president of the Local community
- the veterinarian, Pavle
Todorovski. He is still recovering
from the attack at his home and his
family believes that this is not the
appropriate moment to talk about the
incident. Their message was that all
people are humans, despite their ethnic
origin and that we all have to participate
in the creation of our future.
- The Local community of Tearce
is now negotiating with the international
humanitarian organization for
migration - IOM, for the final solution
to the problem with the water supplies,
for both drinking and irrigation.
I believe that soon this problem will
be overcame so that the
farmers will be able to perform
their duties more
effectively and to hope for
a bigger profit from it. As
another our activity that
deserves attention is the
project for organizing
courses in informatics for
the students of the elementary
school "Kiril
Pejchinovik" in Tearce,
which will be financed by
the USAID - says Khamili.
Dzhelal Elmazi is a 42-
year-old unemployed electrician
from Tearce. - The
Albanian population in
Tearce has never made any problems.
The source and the initiator of the
conflicts is he government only,
because, instead of keeping the peace
and coexistence throughout the state,
they are constantly increasing the tension.
We didn't have any problems
with our Macedonian neighbors even
before the war. Even in the time of
war we have tried to keep the bridges
of trust with the agreement that we
have made for the civilians not to be
involved in the military actions.
However, some Macedonians have
agreed to get armed by the government
and they started attacking us. We
are still those people that wanted to
keep the peace and coexistence. We
want everything to be as it used to,
thus the dislocated people can return
to their homes and we can continue
leading a normal life. But, it appears
that some people in the government
