means favor it strongly.
We can see that there are two factors in table
38. The first includes the following items:
labor market services, training support, and
support for self-employment. The mentioned
policies belong to the active employment
policies, so we call this factor Active Policies.
The second factor includes the following
items: job search allowance, benefit and regular
social aid. The two mentioned items belong to
the passive employment policies, so we called
this factor Passive Policies. Table 39 presents
which social-demographic groups prefer the
applying of the active and the passive policies.
