DIVISION TEN – SCREENING AND LANDSCAPING<br />

Existing trees and shrubs should be retained where possible and<br />
practical.<br />
Landscaping and reclamation should consider the threat <strong>of</strong> wildfire.<br />
Where a building has been constructed consistent with the Victorian<br />
era theme, feature shrubs and / or trees should be planted to<br />
highlight building features which shall be provided from nursery<br />
stock suitable for high-elevation climate or through transplanting.<br />
Screening shall be provided as necessary and practical.<br />
(2) Parcels in a Comprehensive Development zone shall be provided with<br />
landscaping consistent with Section 1003(2) <strong>of</strong> this bylaw.<br />
