DIVISION EIGHT – PARKING REGULATIONS<br />

(3) All indoor parking garages shall be constructed to provide either<br />

perpendicular parking spaces with a two-way maneuvering aisle <strong>of</strong> 7.3 m or<br />

a one-way maneuvering aisle <strong>of</strong> 5.8 m.<br />

(4) Maneuvering aisles for all outdoor parking lots shall be 8.0 m.<br />

(5) Parking spaces in the Residential Medium Density and Commercial zones<br />

shall be so designed so that vehicles are not required to back-out onto a<br />

highway.<br />

803. Residential Parking Standards<br />

(1) Off-street parking spaces for residential uses shall be provided in<br />

accordance with Table #1 attached to and forming part <strong>of</strong> this section.<br />

(2) The number <strong>of</strong> required residential parking spaces shall be derived from<br />

the sum <strong>of</strong> uses on the subject property as outlined on Table #1. A<br />

fractional portion <strong>of</strong> a parking space shall require one additional parking<br />

space. Where a specific use is not identified, a similar use on Table #1<br />

shall be selected and applied.<br />
