Employers are responsible for provid<strong>in</strong>g a safe and<br />

healthful workplace for <strong>the</strong>ir employees. OSHA’s<br />

role is to assure <strong>the</strong> safety and health of America’s<br />

workers by sett<strong>in</strong>g and enforc<strong>in</strong>g standards; provid<strong>in</strong>g<br />
