month for<br />
The Beacon<br />
of Light<br />
C e n t r e .<br />
There has<br />
been a<br />
continual<br />
growth of<br />
new people<br />
coming to the<br />
meetings on a Wednesday evening at the old<br />
school house at Cañadas del Romero. Several<br />
of our loyal supporters have said that they<br />
have met so many wonderful people who have<br />
now become good friends. Everybody looks<br />
forward to Wednesdays with the uplifting<br />
philosophy and laughter.<br />
Now several friends have decided to hold a<br />
garden party on Sunday 27 th May at Camposol<br />
to support our fund-raising. The afternoon will<br />
have Marilyn Webb a popular clairvoyant giving<br />
a demonstration and there will also private<br />
readings available and Spiritual Healing. John<br />
Sloman a popular local musician has agreed<br />
to play during the afternoon . Tickets are now<br />
available for the afternoon at 5€ to include tea<br />

Can we Help you and your Pet?<br />
Have you provided a home for an animal from<br />
a rescue centre or shelter for a stray dog or<br />
cat? Are you worried about the patter of tiny<br />
paws in the future (if not at your house maybe<br />
at your neighbours?) Well we are here to<br />
help you; we can provide financial assistance<br />
towards the cost of spaying or castrating your<br />
new pet and also with those unexpected vet<br />
bills, if funds are available.<br />

on Google)<br />
Every Tuesday we are on Camposol Sector B<br />
car park 10.00-1.00pm opposite the petrol<br />
station.<br />
House Clearances<br />
If you are downsizing, moving house or just<br />
want to get rid of some clutter we can help.<br />
Try our 50/50 scheme. We can take anything<br />
from a single item to a full house contents.<br />
We will collect the larger items free of charge,<br />
display them in our shop to ensure that you<br />
receive the best possible price for them and<br />
then forward your 50% share of the proceeds<br />
to you wherever you are.<br />
We need your donations and would be grateful<br />
for any items such as clothes, bric-a-brac,<br />
cd’s/dvd’s and electrical goods. You can<br />
donate at the shop, Mon to Sat 10.00-2.00pm<br />
(Take the third left after Barclays Bank on<br />
your way into Puerto de Mazarrón)<br />
Volunteers Needed<br />
We would appreciate some new volunteers in<br />
the shop. If you can spare the odd morning<br />
each week, like meeting new people, having<br />
a coffee and a chat please contact us on<br />

We will take any saleable items no matter how<br />
large or small. You might not need it, but<br />
we can sell it to raise money in order to help<br />
other people with the medical expenses for<br />
their cats and dogs<br />
