Condado de Alhama is set in a beautiful
location beneath the stunning backdrop of
the Carrascoy and Espuña mountains, only
a short drive to the beautiful beaches of
Mazarrón and Bolnuevo and 30 minutes south
of the city of Murcia. The airports at Alicante
and San Javier are easily accessible with good
motorways. This unique area of Spain is now
known for its micro climate and its great mix
of scenery. Once here, you will fall in love

average of 320 days of sunshine a year it is
said to be one of the healthiest climates in the
world. There is shortly to be a new airport at
Corvera, due to open late 2012 or early 2013

Condado de Alhama is just off the RM3
Motorway about 15 minutes from Puerto de
Mazarrón. If you are driving from the Murcia
direction, or the Almeria direction on the A7
Motorway, take the Alhama de Murcia South
turning towards Mazarrón on the RM2/3. If
you are coming from San Javier, follow the
Motorway to Fuente Alamo and continue on
the RM2 until the RM3 which will take you to
Condado de Alhama.

communal landscaped gardens consisting of 3

The Clover Bar
This traditional pub is often buzzing with live
entertainment and is located in Al Kasar, the
centre of Condado de Alhama. This boasts
a beautiful setting in Grand Arabic style with a
large palm tree lined water feature where you
can sit and relax. The Clover Bar is built as
a traditional Irish Bar with wooden floors and
has beautiful decoration. The outside seating
area is also very comfortable with excellent
settees on which to relax. You can also enjoy
live sports here on their 4 large TV screens
inside the bar. The Clover Bar is a friendly
authentic bar which welcomes everyone
who comes through the doors and there is a
variety of entertainment to be seen at The
Clover Bar for the coming summer months
so it is well worth a visit.
Bistro Bulgaria
This newly opened Bistro Bulgaria has
seating for over 300 and has brand new state
of the art kitchens including paella kitchen
and very large pizza ovens.
The Bistro Bulgaria offers all that its sister
restaurant on Camposol B (open now for 2
years) has to offer, plus much, much more.
The extensive menu at the Bistro Bulgaria
not only offers all the traditional Bulgarian
food, but it also offers pizza, paella and pasta
dishes. There is a good selection of Bulgarian
drinks and cocktails. You can also buy a full
English breakfast at excellent prices served
from 10.30am each day.
