9. <strong>Practical</strong> Information
Notice <strong>of</strong> participation
The "Workshop Registration Form" is requested to be filled in and returned to Guy Parker
by e-mail or fax not later than May 15th, 2009.
Workshop location
The workshop will take place at the AREVA NP GmbH, Kaiserleistraße 29, 63067 Offenbach/Germany
(see below: Transportation). Participants are kindly requested to be at the
reception at least half an hour before the meeting starts to allow adequate time for the
AREVA NP reception to issue identification badges. To facilitate your entrance into the
AREVA NP please bring along your national passport.
Registration and opening event
The workshop registration will start on June 22nd, 2009 from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. at the
AREVA NP GmbH facilities.
A social event will follow from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the AREVA NP GmbH facilities to mark
the opening <strong>of</strong> the workshop.
Workshop fee
includes materials, meals, refreshments, social programs and special events, all participants
have to pay a workshop fee <strong>of</strong> 250 Euro (€).
The AREVA NP sponsoring organizations invite the participants to a special Wednesday
evening workshop dinner.
Workshop logistics and accommodation
Each participant is responsible for booking her/his own hotel and transportation between
the airport, hotel and meeting place. AREVA NP has reserved 100 (one hundred) hotel
rooms in the following hotel which the participants are encouraged to use:

This hotel is located approx. 200 m from the workshop location. It is suggested that you
make your reservations as soon as possible using the information below. When you make
your hotel reservations, if you indicate that you are a participant at this workshop you
will get the special AREVA NP room rate. The special price for the rooms is reserved until
May 15th, 2009.
