Welcome to the 7 th <strong>Annual</strong> of the <strong>Arosa</strong> <strong>Gay</strong> <strong>Skiweek</strong>, an international week of fun enjoyed by participants<br />
from around the world. <strong>Arosa</strong> sits at the top of a typical Swiss valley and that means there’s sure to have snow!<br />
Whether you like skiing back to your hotel at the end of the day on your new carving skis, walking along the<br />
winter paths that lead you right through the ski slopes or listening to the snow crunching under your feet as you<br />
stroll through the village - you are always in the center of the happenings...<br />
All our gay-friendly partner hotels offer various packages at special prices and will find something to fit all<br />
budgets. The Eventpass Gold is included in all our hotel packages, which gives you access to: daily skiguiding,<br />
welcome Cocktail party with drinks and titbits and welcome Dinner (buffet dinner) with table drinks. Cheese<br />
fondue trip to the Tschuggenhütte with evening meal (without drinks), night liftpass and sledge hire. Entry to<br />
all the shows, parties and concerts as well as numerous other advantages, such as a 20% discount on your ski<br />
or snowboard rental.<br />

Saturday 8 «Long Stay» guest arrival in hotels and holiday apartments.<br />
Informal meeting in the Eden bar & lounge, then individual dining in one of our fine restaurants.<br />
Free live concert in the Edenbar and house-party in the Kitchen Club (mixed night).<br />
Sunday 9 Our first warm up <strong>Gay</strong> apres-ski at the Igloo-bar, just at the end of the downhill ski slope !<br />
Official opening: Big welcome cocktail party with all the <strong>Arosa</strong> <strong>Gay</strong> <strong>Skiweek</strong> Team and Mr<br />
<strong>Gay</strong> Switzerland. Program, events and party information, forming of groups for ski lessons, etc.<br />
Welcome Buffet Dinner in the Festsaal for all participants.<br />
Cabaret & entertainment night with La DivaLive from Brussel.<br />
Monday 10 Great skiing, snowboarding & carving day; explore the magnificent Weisshorn and Hörnli ski<br />
area ! Skiguiding (ski & snowboard) with our lovely guides. Ski lessons with Marco Kiefer from<br />
ABC swiss ski school (not incl. in event pass).<br />
Daily «<strong>Gay</strong>walk» for the non-skiers to the Tschuggen, in the heart of the ski-area.<br />
First meeting at the Tschuggenhütte with our complementary loungers. Let the sunshine in!<br />
Welness sauna, spa & fitness at your hotel, ice-skating, horse-drawn sleigh rides, shopping...<br />
<strong>Gay</strong> apres-ski. Skiers, Studs, One Night Stands & Ski Bunnies meet at the igloo.<br />
Classical Concert at the Dorfkirche, pianist Michel Dalberto and Boris Radulovic will delight us<br />
with tenor Zachary Stains from New York.<br />
«Single Table» for all participants who are single and would like to meet other participants.<br />
Horse Meat Disco! London’s legendary Queer party 2night at the Kitchen Club.<br />
Tuesday 11 Ski, snowboard & carving in groups or individually; walking-tour, curling, ice-skating or sleigh<br />
rides for non-skiers. Sunbathing and meeting at the Tschuggenhütte terrace. <strong>Gay</strong> apres-ski.<br />
Soul-jazz band live at the Seehof-lounge.<br />
Mousse Party, hosted by Jungle <strong>Gay</strong> Party (CH) with DJ Antoine909 (Circuit Festival).<br />
Wednesday 12 Ski, snowboard & carving in groups or individual; walking-tour or shopping for non-skiers.<br />
Sunbathing and meeting at the Tschuggenhütte . <strong>Gay</strong> après-ski with funky music & hot drinks.<br />
Swiss Fondue Night: take a night-time gondola ride up to the mountain restaurant. Cosy<br />
candle-lit cheese fondue fun in the Tschuggenhütte, reserved exclusively for us. Afterwards<br />
sledging back together, on the torch-lit run to the village.<br />
Pool Deluxe «Secret Poule Party» at the Eden Sauna & Spa, music by LaShampoo. <strong>Gay</strong>s only.<br />
Thursday 13 Drag-queen «Fun Race» (duo slalom) with Donna Tella & DJ Juiceppe. <strong>Gay</strong> Apres Ski.<br />
Gourmet dinner at the GaultMillau rated «La Vetta» restaurant (not incl. in event pass).<br />
Heidi’s Edelweiss Cabaret, a queer musical show by Les Snows (Paris).<br />
Fun Race prize giving, followed by the «Snow White Party» hosted by <strong>Gay</strong>dar & Angels (Zurich).<br />
Dress code: as white as possible! <strong>Gay</strong> & lesbian house-party with international guests stars.<br />
Friday 14 Last Tschuggenhütte meeting with our chaises-longues.<br />
Last <strong>Gay</strong> Apres Ski, DJ and drinks for all the hot guys !<br />
«Thai buffet» dinner at Chill’s restaurant for participants leaving on Saturday.<br />
Official End of the <strong>Arosa</strong> <strong>Gay</strong> <strong>Skiweek</strong> <strong>2011</strong>. See you next year!
