The export-specific Maintenance Schedule booklet provided with your vehicle shows the intervals required for the various maintenance procedures for your specific area. Make sure to follow the maintenance intervals listed in the export-specific Maintenance Schedule booklet and not those listed in any other English booklet that might be provided with your vehicle. CAUTION Make sure you dispose of materials in accordance with environmental protection regulations to help protect the environment and your health. Some parts cannot be recycled. ■ DOING YOUR OWN SERVICE WORK CAUTION You can be injured and the vehicle could be damaged if you try to do service work on a vehicle without knowing enough about it. • Be sure you have sufficient knowledge, experience, the proper replacement parts, and tools before attempting any vehicle maintenance task. • Be sure to use the proper nuts, bolts, and other fasteners.
