individual designs, with houses much more in keeping with traditional houses.<br />

Not all houses of similar design, but all fitting in with each other, with a mixture of<br />

2,3 or 4 bedroom houses, ALL with a reasonable sized garden, and with more<br />

than a yard between them, all with chimneys.<br />
