as those requiring action due to statutory<br />
functions and/or duties placed upon <strong>Selby</strong><br />
<strong>District</strong> <strong>Council</strong>. The enforcement team<br />
will investigate & determine the<br />
appropriate formal sanction for accepted<br />
referrals and/or complaints in accordance<br />
with SDC Enforcement Policy. Cases<br />
resulting in a sanction administered by<br />
the Enforcement team will be classed as<br />
‘enforcement issue resolved’<br />
