The target for 2011/12 has been<br />
reduced following discussion about<br />
the calculation of the KPI. The<br />
target for 2010/11 was including<br />
visits to the skate park and café<br />
which will not be included in<br />
2011/12.<br />

Abbey Leisure Centre, the health &<br />
fitness suite has continued to<br />
perform well. The feedback for the<br />
facilities has been extremely<br />
positive. Currently, there are 2,176<br />
gym members, which exceeded the<br />
original targets that were set for the<br />
facility.<br />
Due to the popularity of the new<br />
fitness suite, WLCT are to invest in<br />
a further £40,000 in additional<br />
equipment. The extension to the<br />
gym will make a significant<br />
improvement to the customer<br />
experience and allow us to further<br />
increase the membership numbers.<br />
Visits did not however achieve the<br />
target. This can be attributed to<br />
several factors:<br />
