1.4.8 Yorkshire Wildlife Trust The bat survey looks fine. As a maternity roost was previously found at the site a European Protected Species licence will need to be applied for and mitigation and compensation planned as part of the application for the licence. The replacement bat roost will need to be provided before the present roost is demolished. 1.4.9 Natural England This proposal does not appear to affect any statutorily protected sites or landscapes, or have significant impacts on the conservation of soils, nor is the proposal EIA development.
