CALL FOR PAPERS<br />
Abstract Submission<br />
Sessions accepting abstracts are listed on this page.<br />
All professionals interested are invited to submit abstracts of 200 - 400<br />
words highlighting the major points of their paper and a short bio no<br />
later than July 31, 2013 to pheywood@nwma.org.<br />
The abstract must include the complete name of the author, position,<br />
company/organization, business address, phone number and email address.<br />
The email should also include the area of interest and session.<br />
Abstracts must be in MS Word and sent as an attachment to an email.<br />
No <strong>pdf</strong> files.<br />
If accepted, a longer abstract to be published in the NWMA Abstract<br />
Book will be due no later than October 1.<br />

NWMA<br />
Technical Sessions<br />
Concurrent sessions begin on Wednesday, December 4 and run<br />
through Friday morning, December 6. Morning sessions begin at 8:00<br />
am and end at 11:30 am. Afternoon sessions begin at 2:00 pm and end<br />
at 5:30 pm. There is a mandatory 45 minute exhibit hall break at 9:35<br />
am and 3:35 pm.<br />
Each session typically has 5-6 speakers. Talks are no longer than 20<br />
minutes including Q & A. Formal papers are not required. NWMA does<br />
not publish a proceedings. We do ask for a copy of your presentation.<br />
All company approved presentations are compiled and made available<br />
to technical session attendees after the conference.<br />
One speaker per talk will be given a technical session registration at<br />
no charge, provided the speaker has registered prior to the pre-registration<br />
deadline of November 17. Any speaker registering on site will be<br />
charged a $50 on-site registration fee. All speakers must register and<br />
wear a badge in order to get into the session to talk. There are no exceptions<br />
to this rule.<br />
Registration information will be mailed to you and will also be posted<br />
on the NWMA website - www.nwma.org.<br />
Remuneration<br />
Speakers are expected to pay their own expenses. NWMA has a block<br />
of rooms at The Nugget. Information for booking rooms and registering<br />
for the conference is in this <strong>brochure</strong> and on the NWMA website.<br />
Please do not register as a speaker until your paper has been accepted.<br />
