REPORTING TABLES
Introduction
Reporting tables are used to map a specific zone range to a reporting point number to allow
the Protégé to report the higher zone numbers used within the system over protocols that are
limited in the point capacity such as Contact ID.
A reporting table is also provided for the SIA protocol to correctly display the number of a
zone or trouble zone that is reported.
It is recommended to use the Protégé System Management Suite application to
perform a monitoring station report (Will generate a printable report that can be
sent to a monitoring station to have the zones loaded). This is under the reports
section and is labeled 'Reporting Maps'.
Contact ID Standard Zones
The following tables show the reporting codes for the zones when the Contact ID Standard
Table is used (Table 000, Default). The standard table is ideally suited to small burglary and
access control installations.
Please refer to the section Reporting Codes on page 381 for additional information on the
reporting codes used for Contact ID.
Control Panel Zones
The control panel will report all zones from 1 to 16 using any of the available table
configurations.
zones that can be reported in some cases the zone number will reflect the module address
