Every time you press the Enter key, the next screen appears. The different screens are<br />

described in the following sub-sections. Programming the schedule settings in the Protégé<br />

System allow you to use these schedules to control operations by the time of day and day of<br />

the week.<br />

Displaying Schedule Status<br />

It is possible to show the current status of the schedule. This allows you to see if the schedule<br />

is active and valid, if the start time is currently valid and the end time is valid.<br />

Schedule to<br />

modify: SC001<br />

Type the appropriate 3-digit schedule number or use the [] and [] keys. When the desired<br />

schedule appears on the screen, press the [ARM] key to display information on the selected<br />

schedule. The screen will now display status information about the schedule. Press any other<br />

key to return to the schedule selection window.<br />

The display above represents the following information for the selected schedule:<br />

A 'Y' (yes) under the V means the schedule is valid.<br />

A 'Y' (yes) under the S means the start time of a period in the<br />

schedule is valid.<br />

A 'Y' (yes) under the S means the end time of a period in the<br />

schedule is valid.<br />

Selecting an Schedule Entry to Modify<br />

Each schedule entry is assigned a unique schedule number from 001 to 250.<br />

Schedule to<br />

modify: SC001<br />

Type the appropriate 3-digit schedule number or use the [] and [] keys to scroll the<br />

available schedule entries. When the desired schedule number appears on the screen, press<br />

[ENTER] to program the selected schedule entry. The maximum number of schedules that<br />

can be programmed is limited by your system’s memory and configured profile.<br />

Schedule Name<br />

If the selected schedule entry has a name associated (some schedule entries may not have a<br />

name associated with them) the name programming screen will be shown.<br />

To scroll schedule entries by name use the [] and [] keys. To modify or enter a new name<br />

for the selected schedule item use the keypad as explained in section Entering Text and<br />

Names on Page 406 and press [ENTER].<br />
