Panel Options<br />

Panel options include configuration settings that affect the test report trouble zone, login and<br />

security parameters as well as the operation of certain panel hardware devices.<br />

To modify options, use the keypad as explained in section Entering Data Options on Page 409.<br />

Option 1 - High Current Battery Charging<br />

Enabled the system controller will set the charge current to 750mA.<br />

Disabled the system controller will set the charge current to 350mA.<br />

Option 2 - Test Report Time Operation<br />

Enabled the test report trouble zone will be activated at a specific time for<br />

example 2:00am each morning.<br />

Disabled the test report will be done at each interval programmed in the<br />

test report time setting. For example setting 00:15 will activate the test<br />

report trouble zone every 15 minutes.<br />

Option 3 - Trouble Condition Require Acknowledge<br />

Enabled any trouble condition will be latched and remain active until a user<br />

logs in the keypad and acknowledges the trouble condition.<br />

Disabled the system controller will automatically clear the trouble condition<br />

when the trouble has been cleared.<br />

Option 5 - Generate Trouble Zone Test Report Restore<br />

Enabled the system controller will generate a restore event for the trouble<br />

zone test report zone restoring. This occurs one minute after the trouble<br />

zone has been activated.<br />

Disabled the system controller will not generate a restore.<br />

Option 6 - Log Zone <strong>Reference</strong> Updates<br />

Enabled the system controller log zone reference changes that it performs<br />

as a result of calculations that it performs periodically to ensure a high level<br />

of system integrity.<br />
