It is recommended not to enable/disable or modify the settings of reserved options.<br />

When setting the log polling events and log acknowledgements the event buffer can<br />

be filled very quickly. Use these options to check the connectivity of the service and<br />

then turn them off after commissioning has been completed.<br />

Area Group<br />

An area group will define which areas this service will process when a reportable event is<br />

generated. An area group of None (default) will result in all areas being sent with the service.<br />

Use the [1] and [3] keys to scroll the area group selection and press [ENTER] to select the<br />

area group displayed. For more information about the list control data entry refer to the<br />

section List Control Data Entry on Page 406.<br />

Reporting Table<br />

With the size of the protégé system the maximum reporting points available in the Report IP<br />

service format is easily exceeded, to allow flexibility a reporting table has been created to<br />

allow information to be sent using pre-defined zone numbers or values. There are 2<br />

predefined configurations for the reporting tables.<br />

SV001 Reporting<br />

To modify the reporting table (000 to 007), use the keypad as explained in section Entering<br />

Decimal Numbers on Page 405 and press [ENTER].<br />

DC09 Receiver Number<br />

When using the Reporting Protocol “SIA Over IP” program the DC09 Receiver Number as<br />

instructed by the monitoring station.<br />

To modify the receiver number, use the keypad as explained in section Entering Hexadecimal<br />

Numbers on Page 408 and press [ENTER].<br />
