SV001 Intercom 3<br />

To modify the intercom address (000 to 255, a setting of 255 will result in this address slot<br />

being disabled), use the keypad as explained in section Entering Decimal Numbers on Page<br />

405 and press [ENTER].<br />

Intercom 4 Address<br />

The intercom 4 address defines the address received by fourth intercom slot, up to 4<br />

intercoms can be decoded simultaneously. In some instances certain intercoms are not able<br />

to unlock a elevator floor. By configuring the intercom address only the intercoms that are to<br />

be used for elevator access are able to be decoded.<br />

Elevator Group<br />

The elevator group that is assigned to this service will be sent the floor group that is<br />

programmed in the user access level settings. The elevator group settings in a user are<br />

ignored as they may have more elevators available which are not be controlled by the<br />

intercom system.<br />

In the case where a bank of 3 elevators are being controlled the elevator group would have<br />

the 3 elevators selected in the elevator group. This will result in the floor assigned in the<br />

access level of the intercom user being sent to all the elevators in the group.<br />

SV001 Elv Group<br />

None<br />

Use the [1] and [3] keys to scroll the elevator group setting and press [ENTER] to select the<br />

elevator group displayed. For more information about the list control data entry refer to the<br />

section List Control Data Entry on Page 406.<br />

Door Group<br />

The door group that is assigned to this service will be unlocked when a valid user is found.<br />

This action is independent of the elevator function. The user does not need to have the doors<br />

that are assigned in this door group in the door group assigned to their access level. The door<br />

group will be unlocked independent of a user setting.<br />

The doors in the door group will be unlocked for the duration of the door lock time setting in<br />

each door.<br />

This allows a user to activate the intercom have access granted from the phone system and<br />

then the access control system grant access, allowing an event log to be generated of who let<br />

someone in to a foyer door, additionally this information can be posted to a DVR or Text<br />

Capture software application.<br />
