Option 2 - Answer Machine Override<br />

Enabled the service will use the answer/fax machine override function.<br />

Disabled the service will answer the line based on the programmed number<br />

Option 3 - Call Back Security On Connection Request<br />

Enabled the service will allow a remote communication connection to login<br />

and will then call the connecting party back using the PC phone number<br />

programmed in the service.<br />

Option 4 - Call Back On Event Buffer (75%)<br />

Enabled the service will call the PC phone number programmed in the<br />

service when the total number of events that have not been enabled<br />

reaches 75% of the total available events.<br />

Disabled the service will not call back.<br />

Option 5 - Log Modem Service Events<br />

Enabled the service will provide step by step event information showing the<br />

call progression and detailed logging information. This option can be turned<br />

on for diagnostic purposes but should not be enabled as large volumes of<br />

events are stored.<br />

Option 8 - Answer ModBUS Remote Receiver Mode<br />

Enabled the service will answer the phone line and wait for a ModBUS<br />

remote communication connection. Setting this option will disable the ability<br />

to log in to the panel using the protégé system management suite. This<br />

option should only be enabled for the ModBUS remote receiver unit. For<br />
