To enter a loiter time (00000 to 65535 minutes), use the keypad as explained in section<br />

Entering Decimal Numbers on Page 405 and press [ENTER].<br />

Loiter Area Violation Assignment<br />

The loiter area violation setting is used when a user has violated the loiter configuration for<br />

the installation and must be set to an area that they can not exit or enter from for the loiter<br />

area. The setting here is typically an area that is not used in the system and is defined as<br />

being an invalid area.<br />

Use the [1] and [3] keys to scroll the loiter violation areas selection and press [ENTER] to<br />

select the area displayed. For more information about the list control data entry refer to the<br />

section List Control Data Entry on Page 406.<br />

Leaving the loiter violation area set to none will allow the user to present their card at a<br />

reader that is external to the area (Such as a parking entrance) and be able to regain another<br />

period of loiter time for the area programmed if the reader is part of the loiter area.<br />

Bell PGM or PGM Group<br />

You can assign a bell/siren PGM or PGM group to activate whenever the area goes in to alarm.<br />

The zone that triggers the alarm must have the bell PGM option enabled for the zone type.<br />

The bell/siren PGM and PGM Group will be deactivated when the bell timer times out or when<br />

the area is disarmed, the bell/siren may also be disarmed when the user logs in to the<br />

keypad.<br />

To modify the Bell/Siren PGM or PGM Group, use the settings as explained in section Entering<br />

PGM and PGM Groups on Page 410.<br />

Bell PGM Pulse ON Time<br />

The bell/siren pulse on time is used to make the PGM output pulse on and off when activated.<br />

The value entered here must be greater than 0 and is in increments of 100ms. For example<br />

setting 10 will pulse the unit on for 1 second and then off for the programmed time set in the<br />

pulse off section.<br />

To modify the pulse on time (000 to 255 100ms Increments), use the keypad as explained in<br />

section Entering Decimal Numbers on Page 405 and press [ENTER]. Both the on and off pulse<br />

settings must have a value greater than 000 for this feature to operate.<br />

Bell PGM Pulse OFF Time<br />

The bell/siren pulse of time is used to make the PGM output pulse on and off when activated.<br />
