Zone Third Area Assignment<br />

The zone must be assigned to an area for it to perform any function in the system and a zone<br />

can be assigned in up to 4 different areas. A zone can perform a different function in each<br />

area. For example a zone can be a delay zone in one area and an instant zone in another.<br />

Zone Type Third Area Assignment<br />

When a zone is assigned to an area the zone must be programmed with the type of zone<br />

(Delay, 24HR etc). The Protégé System has twelve predefined zone types as well as user<br />

definable zone types.<br />
