Four Los ~n"geles poli~e ~ffic~rs were arraigned . Friday on felony<br />

charges stemming from the controversial yideotaped beating of an<br />

Altadena -man, and the qistrict attorney vow~d to press ahead with a<br />

criminal in:vestigation of 11 other <strong>officers</strong> who witnessed the incident but<br />
