As per terms and conditions of the vendor's agreement between vendors (Mr. Ebadul Karim & Mrs. Nurun Nahar
Karim) and the Company held on 20-10-2003 and 20-04-2005, vendors have transferred their assets to the Company
against allotment of shares and the Company is enjoying the ownership of the assets, details of which are given
