Loans taken or given by the company either from or to its holding/parent or subsidiary company<br />

The company has no holding/parent or subsidiary company. So loan taking from or giving to such concerns does not<br />

arise.<br />

Future Contractual Liabilities<br />

The company has no plan to enter into any contractual liabilities within next one year other than the normal course of<br />

business.<br />

Future Capital Expenditure<br />

There is no plan for future capital Expenditure.<br />

VAT, Income Tax, Customs Duty or other Tax Liability<br />

(I) VAT:<br />

The company is operating its VAT activities under central registration. There is no pending liability for VAT.<br />

(II) Income Tax:<br />

As per Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 (XXXVI of 1984), Section 46A (3) the company has been enjoying tax holiday<br />

facility from 01.10.2006 to 30.09.2010 with the approval of National Board of Revenue.<br />

(III) Custom Duty or other Tax and contingent Liability:<br />

There is no outstanding on account of custom duty or other tax liabilities to be paid.<br />

Sources from which VAT & Taxes etc. are paid.<br />

Vat & Taxes is being paid from ordinary business resources.<br />

Operating Lease Agreement during last five years<br />

The company has established its Rental Head Office and Various Depots on leased accommodation. Relevant<br />

information on the operating lease agreement with the landlord is as follows:<br />
