dematerialized condition. All transfer/transmission/splitting will take place in the Central Depository Bangladesh
Ltd. (CDBL) system and any further issuance of shares (including rights/bonus) will be made in dematerialized
from only.
An applicant (including NRB) shall not be able to apply for allotment of shares without beneficial owner account
(BO account).
2. The Managers to the Issue shall also ensure due compliance of all above.

1. ICB Capital Management Limited & Janata Bank Limited (the Managers to the Issue) have prepared this
prospectus based on the information provided by BEACON Pharmaceuticals Limited (the Issuer) and also upon
several discussions with the Managing Director and concerned executives of the Company. The Directors
including Managing Director of BEACON Pharmaceuticals Limited, ICB Capital Management Ltd and Janata Bank
Ltd. collectively and individually, having made all reasonable inquires, confirm that to the best of their knowledge
and belief, the information contained herein is true and correct in all material aspects and that there are no other
material facts, the omission of which would make any statement herein misleading.
