LEON SUPERCOPA
Introducing the Leon Supercopa - developed and built in conjunction with SEAT Sport.
As SEAT's official motor sport division they have proven their pedigree with two World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) titles under their belt. Now, in addition to their motor sport
activities, they have turned their skills and expertise to the development and assembly of body styling kits for road-going cars.
The result of their efforts is the Leon Supercopa special edition, inspired by the SEAT Sport-developed Leon racing car of the same name.

SPECIALLY
CRAFTED,
TO THE HIGHEST
STANDARDS
At the end of the production line Leon FR's destined to become Supercopas are
whisked next door to SEAT Sport's workshops. Here the dummy bumpers and
wheels fitted during production are removed and the newly painted body parts,
comprising front & rear bumpers, side skirts and tailgate spoiler, are installed.
Additionally, a bespoke twin sports exhaust and iconic 18" BBS ® alloy wheels
are also fitted.
Finally, before the vehicles are returned to the factory for shipping, each car is
inspected by a member of the factory Quality team who checks paint finish and
panel gap consistency across the whole vehicle. This ensures the end product
lives up to the same high quality factory finish you'd expect of any SEAT.

Newly bonded sideskirts are allowed to cure whilst SEAT Sport technicians complete the bumper assemblies.
Modest corner exhaust pipes are replaced with the bespoke twin sports exhaust pipes.
Air intake vents in the front bumper give the Supercopa
its distinctive appearance.
Styling of the rear bumper mirrors the front of the
vehicle.
Iconic 18" BBS ® alloy wheels complete
the look.

Based on the potent and highly equipped Leon FR+ models, the
Supercopa comes loaded with spec.
Bi-xenon headlights with Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS)
follow the direction of the steering wheel, helping you see more
clearly when cornering, whilst the distinctive LED taillights hint
at the calibre of car being driven.
Inside the cabin, the figure-hugging sports seats offer buckets
of support whilst, sat behind the leather steering wheel, the
fingertip controls put everything within easy reach, from the
cruise control to the integrated, Bluetooth ® hands-free phone
system.
Also standard is the SEAT Media system, including touch screen
satellite navigation and a wealth of listening options. So whether
you prefer to listen to your CD’s, the newest radio station via the
DAB tuner, or stream music from your phone via Bluetooth,
you’ve got plenty of options.

GO FULL THROTTLE
Some say it’s what’s on the inside that counts - and we couldn’t agree more. In addition
to the Supercopa’s stunning exterior and luxurious interior features, it’s what’s under the
bonnet that really makes this car standout, with a choice of powerful engines.
The petrol offering is a 2.0 turbocharged direct injection (TSI) engine, delivering 211PS.
If diesel is your preference, you won’t be disappointed. The 2.0 TDI CR 170PS more than
delivers with a massive 350Nm of torque, nicely balanced by the surprisingly low fuel
consumption and CO 2 emissions (55.4mpg and 134g/km respectively).
We also offer a choice of a 6 speed manual gearbox, or a state-of-the-art Direct Shift
Gearbox (DSG) automatic. The latter also comes with 6 speeds and can be driven in fully
automatic mode, or you can operate the gears manually via steering wheel-mounted
shift paddles.
And last but by no means least, there’s the Supercopa’s superb handling chassis.
Point the car into the corner and you’ll feel the difference technology makes. The latest
innovation is something called XDS - an advanced feature of the electronic stability control
that helps you apply power whilst cornering without losing traction. Put all of this together
and you can start to see why this is such a special car.
