Background Information:
• Belsonda Elementary School is the only school
school located in my community and the only school
implemented in the locality. There are only 10 rooms
in the school building serving 204 students. Most
student attendees are IP’S and are coming from
indigent families. The school caters to elementary
grades ranging from grade 1 to grade 6. The school
facilities has no adequate and sufficient instructional
materials for the use of the Indigenous People
students.
Problems:
• The school finds it difficult to achieve most of
the daily learning goals. Among the
detrimental factors are the incapability of the
learners to spend and provide themselves with
the supposed instructional materials and the
insufficiency of the school funds to provide
enough workbooks, charts, and activity sheets
appropriate for each learner.
Vision:
• I envisioned my IP Brethren to
acquire quality education.
Mission:
• To implement a project where in to
provide educational materials to
encourage IP students to go to school.
Goal:
• To be able to find ways and means to
assist IP students in obtaining quality
education .
Project Description
Education is indeed an experience that has a
formative effect on the mind, character and the
physical ability of individuals and the process by
which society deliberately transmits its
accumulated knowledge, skills and values.
With these and all the faith that all children can
learn encourage me to propose this project. An
important instructional materials which will
ensure effective teaching-learning outcome and
which provide each pupil an equal opportunity to
make use of these that will help them in theyre
daily school leanings.
12
Objectives:
• To transform the poor instructional materials that
they are having right now so that they will
achieve quality education and in order for them
to become competitive with their counterparts.
Implementing Strategies:
• Briefing and orientation will be conducted to
teachers and students of their role and
responsibilities towards the project.
