BoWAS AG was originally founded<br />
in 1975 as the international<br />
marketing instrument for the<br />
<strong>Bohlen</strong> <strong>Industrie</strong>/WASAG chemie<br />
activities. This is also how the<br />
name BoWAS came about.<br />
Although successful in this role,<br />
BoWAS AG very quickly moved<br />
