Tito is a fun-loving pup with a playful
spirit and entertaining personality! This
active guy would enjoy going on outdoor
adventures and athletic pursuits with
his new pet parents. While he will do
well in a variety of homes, a breed-savvy
owner and a home with older children
is recommended. To help Tito and his
new pet parents get started off on the
right paw, the Humane Society’s five
week Head Start class is included in his
adoption fee.

Brian is a handsome kitty who enjoys
human companionship. Energetic and
happy to play and keep to himself, he
likes to create new games with his favorite
toys. Brian is looking for an adults-only
home (although he enjoys being petted,
he does not always enjoy being picked
up). He will also do best with experienced
cat owners and may enjoy playing with a
cat-savvy dog in the home. Entertaining
and adorable, this sweet boy can’t wait to
become a true member of the family.

Chamomile is an entertaining little girl
who will find comfort in a home with or
without other bunnies. Chamomile is
active in the morning and at night, so she
would make a nice match for working
pet parents. She is very clean, quiet and
litter-box trained. Chamomile is looking
for a family who loves to play but is also
patient and gentle. Chamomile’s adoption
fee includes her spay, current vaccinations,
permanent microchip identification, and
certificate for a free veterinary exam.
Fun on Four Legs: Agility Obstacle Skills
Dog training: it’s much more than just learning to sit. Did you know that the San
Diego Humane Society and SPCA offers positive reinforcement-based training classes
for dogs of all ages and skill levels, even for the most advanced athletes?
Agility is just one of the ways that you can turn simple training into an exciting
bonding experience for you and your best friend. In addition to the bonding
experience, agility provides a healthy way to keep your dog active and challenge his
mind. This popular sport teaches dogs to jump hurdles, run through tunnels and
weave poles, and most importantly, interact with their owners in fun and positive
ways. Many graduates of the San Diego Humane Society’s Agility Obstacle Skills
classes have even gone on to participate with their dogs in Agility competitions!
If you’ve got an active dog that might enjoy the challenge of Agility or another
dog sport, the San Diego Humane Society’s Agility Obstacle Skills, Foundation for
