RECOMMENDED ACTION This report is for information only- no action requested II. SUMMARY OF ISSUES • The Board receives monthly reports on the status of the federally mandated ADA complementary paratransit program • Operating Statistics reported are for the month of November 2003 • Cost reflects hourly rate increased by 4% over previous fiscal year. • Revenue and subsidy figures reflect impact of fare increase. • Eligibility/Recertification statistics reported are through January 31, 2004 III.
