Check Cashing Policy<br />
• You may write a check at the <strong>METRO</strong> Center Information Booth for the purchase of <strong>METRO</strong> bus passes only<br />
• Checks must be local to the <strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Cruz</strong> <strong>METRO</strong> Service Area (including counties contiguous to <strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Cruz</strong> County)<br />
• You must also present a valid California Driver’s license or ID when writing a check<br />
• There is a $15.00 service charge on all returned checks<br />
• VISA and MasterCard also accepted for the purchase of bus passes at the <strong>METRO</strong> Information Booth<br />
Lost & Found<br />
To inquire about and claim lost & found items, call Customer Service during Business Hours.<br />
• Lost items may be claimed only during Customer Service Business hours<br />
• Lost & Found items are NOT released by Security personnel after Customer Service hours.<br />
• Lost bicycles can be claimed directly from Security personnel.<br />
• Legal photo Identification is required for all claims.<br />

extreme emergencies.<br />

will record your concerns and submit them on your behalf.<br />
