How do I reload my card at a TVM machine?<br />

Simply tap the <strong>Cruz</strong> Card on the red circle. A screen will display the type<br />

of pass previously purchased. Select the pass, make the payment with<br />

cash or credit card, then tap the red circle again, once. Take your receipt<br />

and now, you are ready to go!<br />

How I check how much value /rides I have left on my card?<br />

There are two ways to check the value/rides that remain on your card.<br />

1. Ask the bus operator upon boarding for help using the “read only”<br />

feature of the farebox.<br />

2. A Customer Service Representative can assist you at the Metro Center<br />

Customer Service Booth during business hours.<br />

Can more than one rider use a single card?<br />

Card sharing is allowed with a CRUZ CASH card or a 15 Ride CRUZ<br />

PASS card only.<br />

Do I still have to show ID when using a discounted pass or fare?<br />

Yes, valid discount ID is required when using a discounted pass or fare.<br />

What happens if I lose my card?<br />

<strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Cruz</strong> <strong>METRO</strong> is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.<br />

<strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Cruz</strong> <strong>METRO</strong> will not provide cash refunds.<br />
