ISO-STRENGTH 

SCIFIT’s exclusive Iso-Strength program provides accommodating resistance to a concentric movement at 

a constant speed (fixed RPM) throughout the entire range of motion. This isokinetic component mirrors the 

force applied by the individual. As the user begins to fatigue the resistance automatically decreases, accommodating 

each individual’s specific strength needs. This self-applied force makes Iso-Strength safe for all users. 

BI-DIRECTIONAL RESISTANCE 

Bi-directional resistance allows the user to exercise in both forward and reverse, changing directions at any 

time and as often as desired. Bi-directional resistance aids in the recruitment of reciprocal muscle groups 

and reduces the risk of injury from muscle imbalance. Exercising reciprocal muscle groups also decreases 

localized fatigue, resulting in the ability to prolong the workout. For example, changing directions every 30 

seconds allows an individual to use relatively fresh muscles and workout for a longer period than may have 

been possible otherwise. The user exercises at a lower level of perceived exertion and higher level of resistance, 

thereby achieving greater results. Changing directions adds variety to a workout, engaging the user 

from a motivational and behavioral aspect.

The workload can be changed in .1 increments – providing 200 levels of resistance and the most comprehensive, 

progressive system for gradual improvement. This allows individuals to see even the smallest

SCIFIT products (except treadmills) are self-generated, require no electricity and maintain function at extremely 

low levels of movement. The optional low-voltage power supply keeps the computer on when desired.

EASE OF USE 

SCIFIT equipment features the industry’s lowest starting resistance (5 Watts) with minimal RPM. About a 

quarter turn of the crank is all it takes to get started. This allows individuals to start the exercise and maintain 

program function at extremely low speeds and resistance. 

Tactile, color coordinated overlay with one-button quick start makes the computer console user friendly. Console 

feedback includes: heart rate, time, RPM, calories, distance, level, Watts, and METs. 

SCIFIT equipment also features a broad user height range and high user weight capacity with seat options 

up to 600 lbs. 

EASE OF ACCESS 

SCIFIT makes it safe and easy for all users to stay active. Expandable step through seating, comfortable swivel 

seats, and sturdy steps and handrails assist in easy entry and accessibility. Color coded adjustments and easy to

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE 

A world leader in wheelchair accessibility and ADA compliance. Seats remove easily for wheelchair access. The 

optional wheelchair platform or wheelchair ramp provides increased stabilization and a sturdy foundation for

FIT-KEY TM OPTION AVAILABLE 

SCIFIT’s patented Fit-Key wireless exercise technology takes users through a preset program stored on the key. 

Exercisers simply choose the key that matches their desired workout, plug the key into the exercise equipment 

and begin to work out; the Fit-Key provides smooth traffic flow and acts as an electronic personal trainer by

The PRO1 Sport is ideal for strengthening arms and 

shoulders while recruiting the core stabilizing muscles. 

The PRO1 Sport offers a wide range of core and ground 

based exercises. All exercises on the PRO1 Sport are 

performed while standing on the enhanced platform or 

with the use of a balance accessory such as an exercise

KeyMaster empowers professionals to see the difference they are making and show their clients the progress

KeyMaster is made exclusively for SCIFIT cardio equipment and is compatible only with SCIFIT. A SCIFIT Fit- 

Key USB port is required on the SCIFIT equipment. 

POWERGRAPH 

KeyMaster offers two software programs in one. PowerGraph, the “drill down” inside of KeyMaster, gives 

the coach or the exercise physiologist the dashboard of the exercise experience. PowerGraph provides 

a granular look at the work being done and converts it to meaningful visual evidence for better informed 

training decisions. PowerGraph measures real time performance.
