OFFICIALS' CLINICS AND EXAMINATIONS<br />
The <strong>League</strong> will conduct clinics in football, competitive cheer, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, baseball,<br />
softball, soccer, track and field, tennis and wrestling. Head coaches of these sports are required to<br />
attend one of these clinics. Clinics will be held before August 15 for football; September 1 for volleyball,<br />
tennis and competitive cheer; November 15 for basketball; December 1 for wrestling; February 1 for<br />
lacrosse and March 1 for soccer, track and field, baseball and softball. A testing program approved by<br />
the Executive Committee will be administered under the direction of the Commissioner.<br />
FOOTBALL OFFICIALS' CLINIC AND EXAMINATION<br />
The <strong>South</strong> <strong>Carolina</strong> Football Officials' Association Clinic and Exam will be held on Saturday July 21,<br />
2012 at Lexington <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong>. The clinic will begin at 8:30 am for officials; the rules clinic will begin<br />
at 10:15 am. The exam will be administered at 12:00 noon. A make-up clinic and exam (for officials<br />
only) will be held on July 23 at the <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>League</strong> Office at 6:00 PM. July 21 is the only date on<br />
which an official may take the examination without paying the $20.00 late fee. August 30 is the final<br />
date on which the examination may be taken.<br />

The <strong>League</strong> will conduct four swim rules clinics. It is required that all swim coaches attend one of these<br />
