THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is by and between The School Board
of Brevard County, Florida, (hereinafter “School Board”), whose address is 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera,
Florida 32940, and NCS Pearson Inc., (hereinafter “Contractor”), whose address is 3075 W Ray Road, Suite 200,
Chandler, Arizona.
WHEREAS, School Board and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement for SuccessMaker Full
Curriculum dated June 4, 2012, and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend that Agreement with this document.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Exhibit B. Annual renewal of SuccessMaker Software Maintenance and Support upon issuance of a
Purchase Order at the request of Discovery Elementary School’s Principal and the approval of the
Director of Purchasing Services.
