Ms. Leary has known Mr. Saunders since 2002. Ms. Leary has audited the City of Clermont’s
financial transactions for ten years. Her responsibilities include working closely with Mr.
Saunders once each year. Throughout the ten years she has audited the City she has observed
rapid growth, which she attributes principally to Mr. Saunders’ management expertise.
Mr. Saunders has a strong financial background, and the City’s business community has grown
substantially under his watch. He accomplishes the tasks given to him and works well with
others.

Mr. Mantzaris has known with Mr. Saunders since 2004. Working closely with Mr. Saunders,
they have negotiated contracts and resolved legal issues for the City. Mr. Saunders is detail
oriented and has an innate ability to manage finances. He has managed to accomplish a
significant amount with only limited resources.
Mr. Saunders thinks creatively and, although he has already implemented many new innovative
practices, he remains open to new ideas. He has a good relationship with others and is well
known throughout the community where he works.
