acquisition of property for passive park and conservation area
Planned and implemented infrastructure upgrades and expansions to successfully meet demands
from rapidly expanding City
Completed seamless transfer of Public Safety dispatch services from in-house to Sheriff’s Department
resulting in annual savings of over $200,000
Partnered with local charitable foundation in annual event that has generated over $500,000
supporting local non-profit organizations and supporting education
Successfully negotiated a Joint Planning Area agreement with our County
Finance Director, City of Clermont, Florida 1979-1985
Responsible for all financial aspects including budget development and administration, investments,
financial reporting and control of receipts and expenditures. Performed duties of City Clerk. Supervised
areas such as payroll, utility billing and customer service.
