As reliable as the salt in Saltsjön Waxholmsbolaget’s boats depart daily all year round. Every morning, we make sure that Mr Johansson on Harö receives his newspaper. We collect freshly baked bread from Utö bakery and take the children from Ramsö to school. Our boats are the ones that deliver milk to all archipelago stores and also deliver the post. As you ride the waves, you can see how the archipelago grows and flourishes. There’s always a place for new ideas, whether it’s an inn, store, workshop for craftspersons or farm for animal breeders. Of course, a lot goes on in the summer. And while we run a very good service during the summer, we can also offer reliable contact with the mainland all year round. We have been doing this for 140 years and we are as reliable as the salt in the Saltsjön Sea.
