The modular concept behind the Sartorius
PMD500 process analyzers allows both hard
and software to be integrated seamlessly into
production processes.
Powerful software tools, perfectly tailored
to the respective demands of the process,
ensure continual process monitoring and fully
automated process control in real time.
Because data logging and communication
with the factory-internal database take place
non-stop, 100% traceability is guaranteed.
A user-friendly operator interface and
a hierarchical user administration make
incorrect operation nearly impossible.
In addition, the software features an
extensive log functions (Audit Trail) that
logs all relevant data.
The following software packages are

SX Suite
Consists of an SX server and SX center. The
complete SX Suite package controls up to
4 PMD500 systems simultaneously (using
CCD cameras: 2 systems).
